Truly enjoyed the room, it was beautifully maintained and great modern with lovely balcony & views of sanctuary. Could use a laptop-compatible safe, a minibar, and central heating.

The location was comfy, close to the Sanctuary at Fatima-a short 5 minute walk away with easy access to shopping centers and a market. Also, it was super close to Wax Museum.

Practical room and staff is always especially helpful and attentive.

The location is perfect and steps away from a cathedral and a church.

Rooms were brand-new, everything was perfectly fine. Booked a room with view on the back. The location was magnificent and ideal, just off restaurants and shops, the Sanctuary, shopping, restaurants and bus station, and the center near the Santuário. It also was right next to the Sanctuary. I recommend the place.

The rooms were beautifully maintained and airy. It had a very clean bed, an electronic key card, flat-screen TV, and a writing desk. The service was welcoming, totally satisfied.

The property was fairly clean, featured modern design; I liked it. The hotel's staff was knowledgeable. The location was very pretty - just 5 minutes' walk from Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fatima. I came here for 1 night and had a really lovely stay.

Location: the hotel was just next door to restaurants and shops, sanctuary, grocery store, and bus station, and the Fatima shrine. Stopped by Garden House to get some coffee and treats, it's not too far from the venue, recommend. The service was amazing and the food was great. Enjoyed the check-in, it was easy. Nothing too much trouble, we spent a lovely time here.

the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Secondly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a balcony that offered beautiful views. Lastly, the location was fantastic, with plenty of eateries and the main attractions within walking distance. All in all, it was great value for money.

No improvements needed, everything was absolutely fine.

The hotel was stylish thanks to its super-friendly staff. The staff provided helpful service and helped us with baggage. Our stay was comfortable here.
